I feel a bit of a fraud as I have had my symptoms for a few years now and have put them down to stress laziness the menopause and my own lack of ability (in relation to my horseriding). My totally numb leg took me to the doctors and eventually to the neurologist and a diagnosis of ppms. The image of my poor brain looking like a holey dishcloth has made me realise that actually there may be something behind my mixed bag of complaints. However now I find myself blaming ms for random things that happen including me constantly losing my car keys!! I work as a msk Physiotherapist run a home with 3 teenagers and have a horse whom I ride regularly, but now I am terrified of what the future may hold. I have to admit that life is increasingly difficult but I am getting older! Basically I need to know what can I do ie. diet exercises etc. The neurologist just said take vit D and he will see me in 6 months.
