Neither here or there

Hi all,
I’m currently with the memory service and have passed the cognitive testing… Which is a good thing and had a clear MRI.
But… It’s confusing and a little worrying that they can’t seem to get to the bottom of what is going on with my wonky body and brain.
Quick list…
Cognitive issues - easily distracted, loss of concentration, multi-tasking has gone to pot (it was never great, I’m just a bloke), some forgetfulness but no memory issue as such.
Physically - I developed hearing loss and stigma (double vision - which resulted in an op). They aren’t cured but managed with hearing aids and prism glasses.
However also in the last year I’ve been developing an odd walking gait, issues with balance and equilibrium, worsened when relaxed or tired.
The fatigue has gotten worse with marked change in the last few years.
I’m off work for a month with fatigue.
I get the pins and needles, arms, fingers, toes and thighs.
Aches and pains and some hand/grip weakness accompanied by pain in my forearm. Nothing sharp just achey like after over exercise.
I’m on here because the memory service have basically said they can’t detect anything, I’m due a Neurological check next time but this is with a Dementia focus rather than anything else. They said that it is likely age related (51 - nope, it’s definitely a bit much for that) or something else Neurological…
This means a referral to Neurology and another wait to get seen.
It’s not life or death but the limbo space is horrible.
To be honest I’m torn between feeling this is not good to wondering if I am overdoing it with the concern.
Just my thoughts and wondered if anyone else had been in the same situation.
