Hi all
Has anyone got any tips for calming muscle spasms? I used to notice it only at night but it’s all day long now in random parts of my body.

I haven’t tried much as of yet, would really appreciate any advice!

Magnesium can help ease spasm & cramp and is a beneficial mineral, so worth trying before the more serious drugs.

I get painful muscle spasms too and have recently started taking Baclofen.
Ive had to cut out taking one during the day due to worsening fatigue.
I take a full one at night which helps with sleep and reduces pain in my legs in the morning.
It would be worth speaking to your MS nurse first.
I do hope you find something that helps you.
