Hi,

I would like to thank everyone at MS Lanarkshire for their welcome and advice today.

I would recommend anyone from the Lanarkshire area to give it a try.

They meet every third Thursday of the month at St Andrews hospice, Airdrie.

A nice cup of tea and Tunnocks teacakes also :smile:

Good to hear!

Iā€™m Renfrewshire and have yet to try my local group but I have made use of MS Revive in Govan ( went to some of their exercise sessions and keep thinking of trying the oxygen chamber .
