MS Hug and Nausea

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is as well as can be.

Just wondered if anyone else suffers from the MS Hug and painful spasms around the ribcage along with nausea while the spasms are going on.

I’ve had the Hug on and off for years but last night I had nausea along with it for the first time.

Just wondered how many others get the nausea along with the Hug.

I had that, turned out to be gallstones. Not pleasant. Gallbladder removed and problem solved!

I have nausea with the hug more often than not.

Prochlorperazine helps

You’ve made me feel a lot better.

I’ve got them in my meds cabinet for when I get vertigo so I’ll give them a go next time I get it but I hope I won’t.

I ended up at A&E and anything other than the Hug was eliminated so that was reassuring but was very horrible.
