Hi , I have mild MS diagnosed 5-6 years ago …I’ve had the daily dose of fatigue each day that would require me to go sit or sleep somewhere for 30-40 min (this is my main symptom) . Ive been feeling better symptom wise each month for about 4month , then suddenly 4 days ago my fatuige has stopped and I feel a lot more awake all the time… Im literally waiting for this fatigue to come on and it doesn’t , which is quite a shock to me. Has anyone else had this sudden stop of fatigue? The only thing I have altered is healthy eating which I started 5 month ago. Thanks, Tommy.

Yep for the last 5 months now fatigue has almost vanished, I get the odd drained feeling but it only ever lasts an hour maybe twice a month now.Hardly ever take Amantadine now and if I do feel drained soon at gym and doing the weights and machines it vanishes like a bubble has popped.

Dunno if its rebif or doing the gym 3 times a week maybe its both.
