Last Friday I had another round of botox injections into my ham strings. For the last couple of weeks as the last lot wore off My poor mobility was getting worse so the only way of judging the benefits was by the worsening of them If that makes sense? After the trip on Friday Saturday was wiped out and today has not been good but I did manage to get out of bed today.

Wow. that just shows how different we are, I don’t think I’d even be able to stand if I had that. I’d need it in calf or quads (or both!) on my right leg. I use a FES on my hamstring to exercise it as I can’t make it work anymore

Monday and the injection s have made movement easier already. Let’s hope it continues, the injection works for approximately eight to twelve weeks so hopefully they keep getting better.
