Hi,
I take really tiny doses of mirtazapine to help me sleep (for some reason, less is more effective).
Right at the beginning it would make me thirsty and give me a bit of a dehydration headache - so do what they say and drink lots of water with it.
Nowadays it has no side effects at all.
It makes me sleepier, but that was the point.
