I am waiting for the results of my MRI from June. My consultants secretary has told me I’m being discussed at the MDT meeting and my consultant will contact me after that.
Does everyone who has an MRI get discussed at one of these meetings?
I feel frustrated with waiting and feel like a child, they won’t let me see the report until it’s been discussed! I am currently CIS for 2 years but have been having new symptoms.

Sort of. There was an ambiguous MRI scan report that they would tell me nothing about until the consultant neurologist had one of his regular reviews with the senior consultant radiologist. It is good practice - if they guess before they know, if just leads to confusion all round.
Yes I have been talked about at MDT meetings quite a bit. For me it was because first MRI of brain could not prove Ms. So they agreed spine MRi that did not show anything
Then they agreed lumber punchure
Then my case went to them to agree DMT
My consultant laughed at our last meeting and said all the MDT team know me. I think its because too that my consultant is very pushy.
