Have just read 'limboland' thread and have to totally agree with all replies.
I am just out of 'That Place' and have to say that even though the diagnosis is not what you want to hear, it is a huge relief, as you then know and can get and act on good advice.
I am hugely fortunate in having family, friends and even an employer who are supporting me all the way. It is hard to adjust to start with, but, if you are like me, stubborn, you speak to people, take advice, read this forum, and you realise that you are not alone and there is massive support 'out there'.
I am just off to 'Read the Riot Act' at my G.P's, it may not do any good, but I'll feel a lot better. (long story)
