Vitamin d3 and Magnesium [just google it] will help with leg pain/spasms. We had a post about Magnesium Oil Spray - that is supposed to be beneficial for this. Several of us have ordered it and will be reporting back as soon as it arrives and we have had a chance to try it.

l also take LDN - and l find this helps with spasticity and other ms symptoms.

Hi baclofen helps reduce my spasms. You not tried it yet? Thing with baclofen is the dose takes some sorting out. I currently take 30mg at night.
