Had anyone suceed with Intrathecal Baclofen or Sativex with PPM with muscle spasm or Stiffnes? I am not sure of getting this treatment soon.

Ive had Sativex…it’s wonderful but getting it in England is like searching for hens teeth. I was able to get it privately from my last GP but when I moved house and asked at my new surgery they treated me as though I was asking for heroin! That was a few years ago…they may think differently now but it’s just so expensive, it’s out of my price bracket!

l use Sativex - and l also take magnesium L-threonate and magnesium oil which l massage into my legs. Baclofen l did not get on with. ln fact l could not even stand up after taking it - and it turned my brain to mush!! Tizanidine did the same. Apparently, it does harm the muscles if used for any length of time.
