A few months ago, after reading about it in a magazine, I tried Inclined Bed Therapy. As suggested, I raised the head of my bed (using Elephant Feet) by about 6 inches. Then I started to suffer from bad headaches, which I put down to my new glasses prescription, amongst other things. Now I believe the inclined bed was to blame. After putting the bed back to the 'normal' position, my headaches have gone and my sleep is much more restful. I know other people have had good results from IBT, but I thought I should share my experience.
