Hello everyone, hope your all doing well. I met with my neurologist today for my routine check and we had an interesting chat about the new oral pill Aubagio. I’m injecting copaxone daily and I asked if I could be moved to Aubagio as I was bored of the sore injections. He told me that he would rather not make the change as if I want to get pregnant again then it’s really dangerous to be on Aubagio. He jokes that you would have to practically eat charcoal to get it out your system before you even thought about getting pregnant. On copaxone however it’s fine to get pregnant on it and stop taking it once you know your pregnant. I just thought this was a useful piece of info to share to all the ladies out there who are thinking of pregnancy in the future. Cheerio! Lisa x
