It is a great addition to the benefit, however small it is. I like to think that it REALLY sticks in IDS’ s ( or IBS’ s to be more accurate) throat. I shall NEvER forget or forgive his ‘punching the air’ upon hearing the reduction of the welfare bill- tosser…
