I have spms, type 2 diabetes and I’m also on the autistic spectrum

You’ve certainly got a lot going on health-wise. I hope you are managing with it ok, do you have any support at all?
The site has probably changed quite a bit since you were last active, but it’s good if previous members are coming back again.
