Hi Sorabh, well, I am sure we all have silly and even plain dumb life follies. I think i might have more than my share of such things.

I’m not quite sure what you mean by follies ? In my case they range from a few wasted years, some rather less than successful relationships, to some nights in police station cells . All rather silly and nothing serious ( in two cases I was too drunk to get home )

Depending on what you mean and if you are feeling down then would a few sessions of counselling help?
