Hi I’m new to this site and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to stop muscle spasm. During a tattoo on my calf I was unable to finish it last tome cos of twitching so am going back on Sunday to retry nut need Advice
Try epsom bath salts, magnesium supplements and magnesium oil. Xx
And the age old favourite…tonic water with added quinine.
