Hi I’m new to this site and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to stop muscle spasm. During a tattoo on my calf I was unable to finish it last tome cos of twitching so am going back on Sunday to retry nut need Advice
Try magnesuim oil, I use better 4 you magnesium oil, this really helped but mine were not bad, mainly whenat rest xx
