I’ve been referred for another MRI scan after 2 years without any signif relapse but have definitely had very slowly spreading/ increasing symptoms.
My consultant’s notes said “MS ?active dmi” - does anyone know what dmi might mean in this context?

Hi. Mr S, im sure DMI means Direct Medical imaging! Which is the dept where the MRI is. I may be wrong, hope that helps. I know how difficul it is trying to make sense of. Use neuros letters. KIM

I’ve just did a quick google search and nothing obvious came up. I guess the best thing to do would be to give your MS nurse/neuro a call and ask.
