Hi I have just joined as it is just beginning to dawn on me that I may have Ms .
For a long time I have had an upper back / chest pressure. At night in bed it’s worse . Every night I think it’s trapped wind . I belch and have horrendous burps .
Now I have debilitating hand pain which is being treated as base of thumb arthritis. However in the past year I have had ankle problems . Pain when flexing my ankle . It feels stiff and sore . My sleeping is awful . I’m really struggling . I can lift my big toe but cannot lift any other toes in the affected foot could this be Ms ?

It could be a number of things and even fixable.
Please ask for a referral to a neuro.
