I missed a tablet of tecfidera last night, as anyone done that. Does anyone know if missing a tablet, could cause a relapse ?

I’ve missed plenty of doses over the few years I’ve been on it. Sometimes I forgot, and other times it was deliberate for various reasons. It’s never caused me any problems, so I’m sure you’ll be fine - there should still be medication in your body doing its work.
