I’m currently going through a grievance at work against a colleague who has made my life hell, since my illness manifested itself. We’ve done the mediation around the table with line manager and overall boss, but that failed miserably!
The next step now is for the Chair of Governors to call a meeting with the disciplinary/grievance committee. I have been in touch with my union who are very supportive and will come to any future meetings with me.
What I am wondering is this; have any of you any experience with this sort of thing before? I have absolutely no idea what to expect and am not the most vocal of people when things get a bit stressful!
