After another year or so has past, will the long awaited enquiry name shame and jail anyone, be it contractor directors or councillors, or will the, much aligned much trotted out, we have learned from mistakes, and before anyone claims it was under Labour that legislations were relaxed, that maybe so, but it was never meant that buildings could go above a certain height as was in this case allowed too, jail time must follow
