I have SPMS and am in a wheelchair most of the time. Walking with crutches is becoming more and more difficult. Wondered if anyone on here uses a foot bike and if they find it beneficial. I have looked online and some are manual with resistance and some are power assisted and not sure which are best, don’t want to spend a fortune. Would be interested in your experiences or thoughts.
