Just wondering if anybody can recommend a phone app that keeps track of your food intake - calories, saturated fat etc

I’m using an android phone

thanks

Hi. I’ve been using my net diary. It let’s you record your meals and exercise and gives you a break down of vitamins etc. it calculates how many calories you should have to lose weight. So far I have managed to lose ten pounds since mid January. It really has helped me tracking everything. Good luck

You could try the myfitnesspal app. I find the app really great - you can scan barcodes, and it saves the things you eat regularly. There’s also a website with a forum which is helpful, and you can add your food directly on the website if using the app gets too fiddly.

thanks, a couple other people have also suggested myfinesspal so I’ll give that one a try

My fitness pal is really good. I’ve been using it on and off for a few years now. I started using it again at the beginning of January as I needed to lose some of the weight I’d regained since being dx last October and since then I’ve lost just under two stone. Can’t recommend my fitness pal highly enough. And it’s free. Ann Marie

ANother for myfitnesspal it’s great and free!
