Just received a letter of the regional MS mdt meeting to say I have relapsing MS and I will be eligible for any first-line DMT.
As long as Rheumatology agree with the MS dx.
My question what first line DMT are offered in England?
When I was diagnosed nearly 20 years ago, the only options were interferon-beta (Avonex, Rebif, Betaferon) or glatiramer acetate (Copaxone), all injected. Those are probably still the first options. I’m currently on fingolimod (Gilenya), one tablet per day. I don’t know if this is a first line DMT, though.
