Dear all, I’ve been on Fingolimod for 3-4 weeks. My recent blood test has showed I’m anaemic again - count down to 8! I have notified my nurse. Question - should I be concerned about any possible link to Fingolimod? Wiggle
Hi, I’ve been on Fingolimod for 18 months now and all my blood tests have come back fine, no one mentioned anaemia as something to be wary of with Fingolimod. Touch wood I’ve had no infections or even a bad cold whilst on it! Oh hang on I have had bladder infections but that’s to do with my bladder issues nothing to do with Fingolimod. I do rate it very much so better than injections anyday.

I’ve never been told I’m anaemic and been on Gilenya for 4 weeks so will be interesting if they say I am when I’m due my blood test.
I did have a google at this and only 1 forum with 2 people saying they was anaemic.
There is 2,184 Gilenya swallowers here, maybe ask here for a better answer.
