I’ve been using an FES unit (Odstock Microstim2) for five weeks and am changing to a new set of electrodes. What should I do with the old ones? I assume that they are classed as electrical/electronic waste, so they shouldn’t go in the household rubbish. I could wait till my next appointment with the neuro-physiotherapist in May and ask her to dispose of them, but what happens when I’m not seeing her every few months?
I always throw them in the bin. It never occurred to me not to. Maybe ask Odstock. Shame I didn’t see this earlier, I was just on the phone to them, ordering more electrodes.
