Can anyone help with any ideas on how to cool my feet down as they feel like they are on fire. Tried a bowl of cold water, ice packs etc. but nothing seems to work. I know it’s my own fault done way too much at the weekend but I thought life is for living!
Hey, I had that a few weeks ago… Ice packs and cold showers help for the little time they are on for, but then the pain turns into something else altogether!! The only thing that took the edge off was a course of steroids prescribed by my nurse… Have you tried contacting your nurse? They may suggest steroids or neurological pain killers?
