Feeling Sick all the time

Hi Everyone, I am trying to cope with this sickness feeling I have 24/7…Take anti- sickness tablets and they are good. But I cant plan anything, also if I have had a few days where I have been busy I suffer for it in the next few days. Been to see my GP, and told her this and about the awful pains I have in my arms. She said I could be refered to a pain clinic, however she said she hates the words Chronic Fatigue Syndrome!!!

She took bloods, and I have previous bloods done few weeks ago, and they were normal, however some imflammatory markers were high, but she said that could just be “me” what ever that means!!!

I am so fed up of this and I am always sleepy and feel so run down, I try and pace myself and am trying to get “fit”…but feeling like I do its difficult. Any advice please, it would be very helpfull.

I can’t give advise but I can’t sympathise. I have felt nauseous and exhausted for days now as well but have just been told I’m having another relapse :frowning: but I’m not sure if this is related.

I have constantly felt rubbish for the last yr. Was told I had a rare form of migraine, have been given betablockers and they seam to help a little. Now for the past 5 months my arms have ached 24/7 and the sickness just does not go away.

GP wants to refer me to a pain clinic, so I will see how that goes.

I just want to be myself again.

Hi, sorry to hear how rotten this nausea is making you feel hun.

Might not be much of an answer, but I`m just wondering…

I am on ditiazem for high BP. I took it in a morning, for years. Then I had nausea and GP said to take diltiazem at night instead, as she knew it made some folk nauseous.

I did so and no more nausea.

As I say, this may not be the problem for you.

But are you on any meds for BP?

luv Pollx

Hi My BP is normal, only meds I am on at the mo is betablockers, prozac and tramadol. I am been refered to a pain clinic, and GP has just phoned need bloods repeated on 2 of them that need monitoring, so not sure what thats all about.
