Experience of using TAI

Hi, I’ve just started using a TAI system. I’m not sure it’s working for me yet but trying to persevere.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this. How quickly should you start to empty after water has instilled. I find i empty the water back out almost instantly and at quite a force.

I use Peristeen system. What you are describing is normal for me, even though you get initial rush you can get some more and I usually sit for 25 mins. I was told to count 10 between pumps to make more effective. Still trying to work out if this is helpful!

Thanks for replying. Good to know it’s not just me. Going to try the counting between pumps as why not!
