Hi, I love the support I get from this board each time I post here. It is like an escape where I can get a lot off of my chest. I recently posted about my paranoia of STIs and how I was infected with trichomonias. I am seeing therapy and once was feeling hopeful about the future untilni read about herpes. I took all sti tests except for that. I figured that I did not need to because I didn’t see any visible sores on my guy friend and I do not have sores either, Oh how I was wrong! Herpes is asymptomatic and outbreaks usually does not happen within 2-20 days per the CDC website. They can happen years later after an exposure.
