I believe somebody (it may have been you!) already posted about this, but I’ve not been successful in finding it using the search funtion. You may have better luck. That person had received, in my opinion, a very clear explanation of the reasons, including advice about what changes could be made, that would make it more likely to be accepted. Without getting into all the details (some of which I can’t remember now anyway), the gist of it was that the plan included some features that either wouldn’t ever be accepted as necessary “care” - e.g. cable TV package - or that would only be considered with further justifying evidence - e.g. broadband. The implication was that if the items that would NEVER be considered were removed, and additional evidence provided for the rest, the proposal was very likely to be accepted. Tina
