Hello.

If you’re like me, you’re quite happy to spend time doing things. Give me a chair (my wheelchair), a table and some basic tools and I’ll create a masterpiece of slow cooking. We have to plan things quite well in our situation. But I did this all alone with a few little gadgets and a good cheapish Hotpoint dishwasher. It’s worth the time and the feeling of accomplishment is good too.

Do you ever do Boston baked beans with pork? My son sometimes does it in his slow cooker. Absolutely yummy!
