Is there any difference to taking the D3 Capsules rather then taking the drops please?

Hi, don’t think there’s any differece sometimes i take tablets other times i take liquid, i take 5000ui a day

MS nurse advised liquid or spray as it gets into system quicker, I use the vit d spray under my tongue every morning, 3000ui once a day seems to keep my levels up.

My advice on taking a high dose D3 supplement is to also take Vit K2 (MK7) along side it, also take both with meals as they are fat soluble.
Do a Google search for D3 & K2 (mk7) partnership.

I never even knew you got liquid or spray, i just take the tablets. Must try them.
