Have been having symptoms for at least 3 years but changed a bit last year . Its never been mentiond by my gp but since October last year had tingling in face aswell as headaches over right eye. Neck x ray abnormal but said its arthritis ? Shoulder pains bad had cortisone 18 months ago but this week arms going into spasm really bad ,brought me to tears now to talk to gp but feel like all i do is moan just lately and put it all down to menopause ???
Have you had any physiotherapy or been given exercises for the shoulder pain? Also possibly linked to your arm spasms?
