For anyone who has problems with constipation, I just thought I’d mention about Dr Mercola Cocoa Cassava bars. They’re coconut - a bit like Bounty bars - but have chia seeds in, so get things moving along. I’m addicted to them - I keep them in the fridge - but have learned the hard way not to eat too many per day.
I also love raw chocolate, in particular Conscious 85% cocoa chocolate, The Dark Side. The bars are quite small, but I was having one per day after my evening meal, until I discovered after 4 days they start to have a laxative effect.
