Wow, listening to the waves, feeling at peace, lovely way to chill. I nearly fell asleep I was so calm. Its good to be near water, hear the waves, the sound soothes and the vastness makes one feel like the only person watching nature at its best. Thanks V, hope others try it. bren x

If either of you have an iPad or iPhone there is an app called ‘white noise’ got it when anxiety creeped in recently. I go to sleep every night listening to the sound of heavy rain or the waves. And it’s free :slight_smile: Suz xx
