Hello folks.

I’ve managed to keep my weight stable but after chemotherapy, I indulged in comfort food. Now, it’s away with gluten, carbohydrates and very little dairy.

The spasms have reduced and I feel much better. The carer this morning suggested that I’d lost some weight. I miss my pastry and potatoes but I’m enjoying sleep without spasms.

Best wishes.

That’s good Steve , its hard to lose weight when you are in a wheelchair. Frazer and myself go miles but it doesn’t count because I’m in the chair . Michelle and Frazer xx
