Diagnosed in August thoughts on Oftumumub

I was diagnosed back in August. I had my second Pfizer job at the end of May. I then had pins and needles all over my body for 5-days and then numb from the waist down after that. A symptoms I’ve had since then have not improved at all in fact the nerve pain seems to be getting worse. How long can a first relapse last. My neurologist says that I have a large lesion on my spine and that my symptoms may not go away or may only partially go away. My neurologist has just approved me for monthly injections with Oftumumub. I don’t know when this treatment will start hopefully soon. Has anyone else had this drug and what do you think.
