Good Morning, does anyone take Desmopressin,I have been on it approx 1yr and lately have had a lot of headaches and weight gain,just curious if anyone else has these side effects? Sue
My son was on this when he was 10 and never complained of any side effects. Are you still drinking normally or have you cut back for fear of an accident? I would try to maintain normal body fluid levels if I were you as that can cause a dehydration headche wich feels like a hangover !

I have only had Desmopressin to deal with my bleeding disorder, so was really only on it for a day but the symptoms you describe or some of the side effects which might mean you need a different level of the drug so it doesn’t give you the problems. Might just get told to take something for the head
