My mum been in hospital with pneumonia covid she an ms suffer I think she may possible have derlium is common in ms suffers what signs symptoms do you need to look out bit more information how is for ms suffers who may have experienced it is the treatment for it how long does it go on for if she has how will you know if you got I like to hear from other derlium suffers
That sounds worrying for you and distressing for your mum. I don’t really know anything about delirium with MS, though it can occur when a person with MS has a urinary tract infection. It certainly is one of the things that can come with Covid pneumonia. It seems to be very common in older patients with Covid pneumonia.
Is she back home now or is she in care of some sort? I presume her doctors are aware of your concerns about the delirium, and I hope are keeping you informed as well as they can.

Not sure that people with MS are prone to Delirium , this is the first time I’ve ever heard this.
I know delirium can be a symptom of fever/infection or high temperature.
I guess its possible that your mums pneumonia has triggered delirium due to the fever/temperature, but I dont think it would be triggered by the MS alone ?
