so i’ve got a book recommendation for you.
my 29 yr old son had a big melt down last christmas and was on the psych ward for 6 weeks.
my friend’s son is the same age and he has always suffered from depression.
it is her son, patrick, who has lent me this book.
he says it says all the things he wanted to say but didnt have the words.
i’ve been reading it and it has really helped me to understand my boy’s problem.

well worth a read either for your own understanding or for you to give to family members who have no idea what you are going through.
it’s a story of desperation and hope.
