Have recently moved back to Jamaica and seem to be getting worse. I have done 3 MRI scans since my return and all have shown degeneration though not significant. Three of the four hemispheres are now affected. I am unsure what this points to. It certainly points to me getting worse but does this necessarily mean that I do not fit RRMS criteria. Jamaica doesn’t have MS specialists. I do see a neurologist but having been treated by an ms specialist I know it isn’t the same. Jamaica has only 60 or so cases so this is understandable.
