Does anyone receive NHS Continuing Healthcare. My OT and social worker thought I would be eligible, I’m not so sure. We have the meeting on March 8th. Who should we invite to the meeting, how should we prepare?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
Sarah

Hi, I have CHC but not sure exactly how it works except to know theyll base their decision on level of care on your finances There’s a facebook group called 'Safeguarding futures health & social care support 'who would help.
