Hi,

My name is Maria and this is my first post!

I have been on Tysabri for nearly 10 years and my MS has been very stable but my JC virus test results have been slowly increasing .

My consultant has advised me to change to one of the following treatments: Briumvi, Ocrevus or Cladribine.

Unsure which one to change to.

Would welcome anyone’s thoughts.

Thank you

That must be very disappointing for you. I am long-term stable on natalizumab too and would hate to have to come off it. I hope that your next treatment option, whatever you decide on, works as well for you.

These info cards are my favourite info source on the dmds. If I had to change to something else, I think I would be looking at efficacy primarily. [MS-Selfie InfoCards -](https://msselfie.co.uk/msselfie-infocards/)

Good morning @mariarooney36

Your apprehension is understandable, especially in this situation - most of us don’t like change, especially when we’ve gotten used to something that’s been working well.

JC virus is definitely worth keeping a lid on if you can.

Would something like the recently approved Fampridine pills slot into your routine easier?

Theymight be worth reading about and mentioning it to your neuro as another option if you like the sound of it.

Take care mate 🙂 x

Jon.
