Anyone changed Neurology/MS teams from Salford to Burnley. I was very happy with the support I was offered by the MS team at Salford( with appointments at Oldham and Rochdale with an MS nurse on a regular basis) , now they’re system has changed from regular appointments to contacting them when you think you’re relapsing. I’ve moved and am considering the Neurology/MS team at Burnley. Anyone has any experience with them? Any input will be appreciated. Daffy

Sorry not to be able to advise on Burnley. I had a very poor experience at Salford some years ago, so these things may vary (perhaps by neurologist).
One thing I’d check if moving is whether your new hospital is involved in MS clinical trials. That might give you options one day and suggests people who have resources and are engaged, at least.
If Salford is not an option, is Leeds too far for you? That at least would be a hospital trust that does research.
Hope someone can give you more direct advice on Burnley soon.
