Hubby is just filling in the carers allowance forms. They ask when he wants the claim to start from. Does that mean he can backdate the claim to when DLA was first agreed? That will be beginning of March. Thanks Pat
Hi Pat I would have thought that it should be dated from the day he started caring for you ? Try ringing CAB and asking them maybe ?
I’ve just completed a form for my neighbour and you can only backdate 3 months.
