Brain mri and not spine at review

Hi,

I had my yearly mri done, as on medication and a review.
Does anyone know why you only have a brain mri, and not spine at yearly reviews ?

I have always had spinal MRI on top of the brain one. Then again I have syringomyelia and Chiari on top of the MS, so it’s necessary to keep checking on it.
